Today we offer you a delicious recipe a delicious recipe, especially for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or as a dessert: Cheesecake with marijuana.

Besides being fresh and delicious, it is easy, quick and needs no cooking.

With just a few ingredients you can make the best cannabis cheesecake, so don’t wait any longer, prepare the ingredients and let’s get started!

Ingredients Marijuana Cheesecake:

  • 200 g Digestive or Marie biscuits.
  • 80 g cannabis butter.
  • 100 g liquid cream.
  • 500 g cream cheese.
  • 300 ml milk.
  • 170 g sugar.
  • 24 g of curd powder.
  • 1 x jar strawberry jam.

Ingredients Topping:

  • 100 g berries or strawberries.
  • A few leaves of your favourite Sweet Seeds® variety.

Preparation of the Cannabis Cheesecake:

1. To begin with, crumble the biscuits.

2. On the other hand, melt the star ingredient: the cannabis butter and add it to the crushed biscuits.

3. Mix everything and spread the preparation in a round mould. This will be the crust of the cake. Put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

4. Bring the milk, liquid cream, cream cheese and sugar to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and once everything has melted, add the curd powder. Stir again to mix everything.

5. Remove the cooled biscuit crust from the fridge and pour the mixture from the pan over it. Put everything back in the fridge and leave to cool for about 5 hours, until it has set well.

6. Once the cake is set, remove it from the fridge and prepare the topping with the strawberry jam. Decorate with strawberries, berries and a few leaves of the Sweet Seeds® variety you like Unmould the cake and it’s ready!

7. Unmould and your Marijuana Cheesecake is ready. Enjoy!
