We propose today an easy recipe whose quantities are measured in yoghurt pots. All of them but the marijuana… Marijuana Génoise is therefore a simple and inexpensive, soft and delicious sponge cake.

Ingredients:

• 125 ml de cannabic Olive oil
• 1 plain yoghurt (125 g)
• Flour – 3 pots of yoghurt
• Sugar – 2 pots of yoghurt
• 1 sachet of powdered yeast (16 g)
• 3 eggs

Preparation:

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and set aside.

Do not throw away the empty pot, it will be the measuring instrument for the other ingredients.

Start by preheating the oven to 180ºC.

Beat the eggs and two pots of sugar in a bowl. Add the cannabis oil, the yoghurt and mix again.

Sift three pots of flour and the baking powder before adding them to the mixture. Beat vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

Prepare an oven-proof dish for cooking the Cannabis Génoise. Coat it with butter or flour to make it easy to unmould. Pour the preparation into this dish and place it at half height in the oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC.

Check with the blade of a knife to see if the cake is baked (by pulling the blade out of the cake nothing should be glued). Let the Cannabis Génoise rest for a few minutes before unmoulding.

Once cooled, enjoy this Cannabic sponge cake with your favourite drinks: hot chocolate, milkshake, chocolate sauce… Bon appétit!
