What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, at Sweet Seeds® we want to provide peace of mind and security when shopping and we will keep you informed in every step of the process. To this end, we’ll send you the following emails:

· Confirmation of user registration: if it is the first time you purchase from our site, you will receive an email confirming the creation of your new user account.

· Order confirmation: after placing and confirming your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

· Dispatch confirmation: when your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way.

In addition, the delivery company will send you an email with the order tracking number and if they offer the service, they will also send you an SMS text message.

I entered the wrong personal details for my order, what should I do now?

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Personal Data” and tell us what we need to add or change.

If the order has not yet left our facilities, we can implement the change; however, if, on the other hand, your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the change will be applied.

I want to change my order

Please send an email with the subject “Change Order” to [email protected] In the main body of the email, please explain the change(s) you want to make and don’t forget to include the order No.

We are happy to change your order, so long as it has not yet been dispatched from our facilities.

Whereas if your order has already been dispatched, we will still change it for you, but you’ll have to wait to receive delivery and then request the change.

In this case, the costs for the return delivery and shipping the new item(s) will be added to your new order.

If you are just returning the item(s) without a new purchase, then the return delivery costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

I want to cancel my order

Please send an email with the subject “Cancel Order + Order No.” to [email protected].

We will gladly cancel your order, but only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facilities.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive delivery and then request a return.

I want to refund my order

You have 14 days from the day you received the order to request a return.

To do this, the product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
