Recipe Cannabis Crepes

The world-renowned crêpe, also known as a pancake or hotcake, is originally from France and is used as the base for a wide variety of sweet and savoury dishes.

Here we present an exquisite recipe for marijuana crêpes. They are really easy to prepare, so you can be enjoying a special “Sweet Seeds” moment in just a few minutes.

Ingredients for cannabis crepes (6–8 units)

Ingredients Creps cannabic
  • 125 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of cannamilk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10 g of butter, plus a knob to grease the frying pan

Preparation:

If you have a blender, you can place all the ingredients in at the same time and mix them all thoroughly until you get a smooth, consistent batter.

However, if you don’t have a blender, sieve the flour into a bowl, then form it into a volcano.

Place the 2 eggs and salt in the centre and mix well with a whisk, then add the butter (melted previously) and continue mixing.

Now pour in the cannamilk little by little while you continue to beat the mixture.

Allow the marijuana crêpe batter to stand for 30 minutes in the fridge.

After leaving the batter to stand, place a frying pan on medium heat and grease with a little oil or butter so the crêpes do not stick.

Once the pan is nice and hot, pour in the required amount of batter (depending on how thick you want the crêpe) and spread it evenly across the pan. Cook until you notice the edge of the marijuana crêpe turn golden brown and there is no more liquid batter on top.

Turn it over with the help of a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds or so.

Repeat the same cooking process with the rest of the cannabis cannabis crepes and… et voilà, bon appétit!

You can fill them with whatever takes your fancy, either something salty or sweet. At Sweet Seeds® we can never resist combining with delicious Cannabis Nutella. or our delicious chocoweed syrup.
