Gelatine is a water-soluble protein derived from collagen and can only be found in animals.

Gelatine provides great health benefits: it improves the digestive system, improves the appearance of the skin, strengthens bones and protects joints.

Today we bring you a really easy, super-quick and extra tasty recipe with avery special touch!

Ingredients for the bottom layer of jelly:

• 2 cups of marijuana milk
• 14 g of neutral gelatine
• 1 cup of warm water
• 1 cup of condensed milk

Ingredients for the coloured jelly:

• 3 cups of recently boiled water (still hot)
• 2 sachets of strawberry flavour Royal gelatine (or choose your favourite flavour)

Preparing the bottom layer of jelly:

First warm the cannamilk over a medium heat while stirring constantly. It is vital that you pay close attention because the temperature increases very quickly.

While the marijuana milk warms up, add the neutral gelatine to a cup of room temperature water.

When the cannamilk starts to boil, reduce the heat, add the previously hydrated neutral gelatine and mix until fully dissolved.

When all the gelatine has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the condensed milk while stirring until it has completely blended in. Leave the mixture to cool for approximately 10 minutes until it is lukewarm.

Now place the moulds in the fridge, so the jelly can solidify.

Be patient! This may take a few hours.

Preparing the coloured jelly:

First place 3 cups of water in a saucepan and heat until it boils.

Then add a sachet of your favourite gelatine flavour and heat for a further 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until all the gelatine has dissolved.

Leave to stand until it cools down.

Take the moulds with the bottom layer of set jelly out of the fridge and pour the new mixture over the top until each mould is full.

Return to the fridge for a few more hours until the top layer has set.

Once it is solid, you can enjoy your cannabis jelly!
