- 125gr of cannabis butter (you can use a mix of cannabis butter and regular butter)
- 125gr of brown sugar
- 200gr of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- A little bit of vanilla (either natural or vanilla sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt (or normal salt)
Melt the cannabis butter in a saucepan over a very low heat.
Pour the butter, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla into a bowl.
Mix the ingredients with a pastry blender, alternatively you can use two criss-crossed knives or just a fork, for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
Add and mix in the salt, yeast and chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on an oven tray, use your hands to scoop out golf ball-sized balls and then shape them into marijuana cookies.
Place each cookie on the greaseproof paper but not too close together as the yeast will make them expand.
Cook in the oven for around 30 minutes. They are ready when you notice the edges are turning darker than the rest of the cookie.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and enjoy!
