As the hot weather arrives it is good to have fresh and light alternatives. So, what could be better than a delicious fruit smoothie?
The preparation is very easy. You just have to choose your favorite fruit and then, as an optional, you can add yogurt or kefir to thicken your smoothie. But what do you think if we also add a bit of our favorite cannabis?
Here we leave you the recipe for a mango, mandarin and banana smoothie.
The first thing to do is peeling and chopping the banana and mango into small pieces.
Then squeeze the mandarins and reserve the mandarin juice.
In a blender, pour the mandarin juice, the cold cannabis milk, the yogurt and the chopped bits of banana and mango. Next, blend it all until everything is well processed to liquid and no solid pieces of fruit are observed.
Then you only have to serve and enjoy this delicious ‘fine herbs’ fruit shake.
