Please send an email with the subject “Change Order” to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the main body of the email, please explain the change(s) you want to make and don’t forget to include the order Nº.
We can only change orders that have not yet been dispatched from our facilities.
If, on the other hand, the order has already been dispatched, we will still change it for you, but you’ll have to wait to receive delivery and then request the change.
In this case, the costs for the return delivery and shipping the new item(s) will be added to your new order.
If you are just returning the item(s) without a new purchase, then the return delivery costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Please send an email with the subject “Cancel Order + Order Nº” to email@example.com.
We will gladly cancel your order, but only if it has not yet been dispatched from our facilities.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait to receive delivery and then request a return.
You have 14 days from the day you received your order in which to request a return.
For returns, the product must be unopened and in the same condition in which you received it.
